You leave the keys inside and then you will lock the door one last time by pressing the Yale logo. Remember that your door code will expire at the time you state in your registration. If you need extended time, please let us know as soon as possible, Please note that not all time extensions can be granted due to the booking calendar.
Please turn off the Air Conditioner and all lights.
All towels and bedsheets may be placed in a pile near the corner by the body mirror.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DIRTY DISHES. PLEASE WASH ALL DISHES AND PUT AWAY.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FOOD IN THE APARTMENT TRASH FOR LONG OR WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.
NOT ONLY DOES IT SPOIL QUICKLY IN THE TROPICS BUT IT ALSO ATTRACTS BUGS. WE THANK YOU GREATLY.
Please don’t leave food in the refrigerator.
Cleaning
We will take care of most of the cleaning, however, we expect our guests to leave the kitchen area clean and that their trash is emptied in the building’s receptacles.
Should you decide to clean, we have some cleaning supplies located in the main hall closet. You will find, a broom, mop, and vacuum for your use.
Please let us know if there is an accident, stain, or other mishaps so that we can address it when we clean. We thank you for your honesty.
Trash
In the apartment, the main trash bin is located underneath the kitchen sink. You may empty all smaller trash bins in the main trash and dispose of the trash in our floor’s trash bin located by the cargo elevators (see below).
Unfortunately, our building does not enforce recycling and there is no specific recycling pick-up. If you do so feel passionate about the environment and recycling as I do, there is a recycling drop off and site located near the building. The recycling drop-off is located in Parque Central (Central Park), not even a 5-minute car drive.
ALSO:
You will see recycling bins around the city but specifically, you can drop off clean recyclables such as clean paper, hard rigid plastics, metals, and glass to the red recycling containers. See the picture below from Old San Juan at the corner of Calle del Cristo and Calle del Sol.
