You may park for free on the street directly in front of the building (building side), Ave. Manuel Fernández Juncos. You may park all the way down to the bus stop on Calle Miramar, including the overpass.
Please do not park across the street from the building or the area surrounding the Hyatt properties. (please see below)

In addition, guests may park in a small lot behind the building. The entrance is on the side of the building on Calle Isla Grande (former Calle Enterprise). This is for residents as well as guests of the buildings and it is used for the exit from the building’s garage. You will see other cars parked and you may leave your car parked but please do not leave your car here for long periods of time. Parking overnight is permitted. To enter the building, enter on the left side of the parking garage exit and walk all the way to the corner and take a left and up the stairs one flight where you will see the buildings’ connector. Inside the buildings’ connector passageway take a right to Caribbean Sea View.
