The Building:
Caribbean Sea View Condominium
The Caribbean Sea View (the tower above) is a former hotel turned condominium. The property was divided into two separate but co-functioning parts. The long corridor past the glass doors (see photo below) just to the right of the Caribbean Sea View elevator doors leads to the other property, Vistas de San Juan (the shorter/longer section attached in the photo above).
The laundry facilities (see the last section of this page) and the private parking* are located on the other side of the corridor in the Vistas de San Juan side.
At the end of the corridor, take a left to exit and take the stairs down one level and you will see the main entrance to Vistas de San Juan.
The laundry room is located around the front desk, take a right from the waiting area once you pass the front desk. Walk to the far end of the corridor past the mailboxes. The laundry facilities are to the right at the end of the corridor. There are some public restrooms for residents and visitors across the laundry room.
*Private parking requires an additional fee.
Entering the Building and the Apartment
The main entrance to our building, Caribbean Sea View is on 602 Manuel Fernandez Juncos Avenue. During the day, the main lobby is open, full of activity from the residents, guests, and small businesses that rent some of the spaces on the ground floor.
