Neighborhood

Our studio apartment is at the top of a condominium located at the western edge of Miramar and the Centro de Convenciones (Convention Center) area. Miramar is mostly a leafy residential community with upscale midsize mansions. The neighborhood is walkable and has all the essentials of a complete community. Supermarket and 24/7 convenience store located 2-minute walk. Miramar has a great selection of cafés, restaurants, old-grand homes, and entertainment.

Miramar is surrounded by brand name hotels and in the center of all points-of-interest either driving or on-foot/public transit. Old San Juan (5 minutes), Condado (5 minutes), Santurce (3 minutes).
Walking to the nearest ocean beach, Playa El Escambrón, is only a 20-minute walk. There is a closer beach at the Laguna de Condado (Condado Lagoon) only a 10-minute walk. The convention center is a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of streets where you can walk along the water. Just a 15-minute walk to Paseo Caribe, a modern mall with an amazing food hall and views of our maritime community.

Amazing café to have good coffee and breakfast 2-minute walk from the building.
